If you look in the upper right hand corner of the website, you will see a place to make a donation. Running this site is not free. It takes many hours to format and design the site. You never HAVE to pay for 90% of the content on this site as much of the content has been gleaned from the many pearls of wisdom found on the MACHKNIT list through the 10 years it has been active, but if you find this site helpful please consider a donation to help defray the costs. |

Very rarely in life do we just take off and go somewhere without a known destination. Ironically, many times a website becomes a place with no plan. There are many points of interest (or none) but with no destination in mind. With that in mind, let us take a moment and determine just where we want to go with this website. |

Hi fellow machine knitters and curious wannabes! This new and (hopefully) improved experience also has the capability for registration. Why register? If you register you will be able to add your website link (and we would really like it if you would link to the Machine-Knit site in return). You will be able to add to the classified ads; pattern sections; write book, magazine, and demonstrator reviews for the benefit of the other registered viewers. That's right, this is a member contributed site that the members will contribute the information to be shared by the entire community! You will be able to rate the reviews (and reviewers). You will be able to add tips, hints, add to the wiki, and even more things we haven't even thought of yet. What are you waiting for...register ! |
